The US President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) has provided funding to the Program on Leadership and Accountability in Nigerian's Health sector (PLAN-Health) of Management Sciences for Health (MSH) to improve the skills and strengthen the management and leadership capacity of professionals working in the health sector. This includes Nigerian networks and organisations delivering HIV/AIDS services.
