THE ORGANIZATION:
The National Democratic Institute for International Affairs (NDI) is seeking a Resident Director with strong management skills and democracy and governance experience to oversee the implementation of its multi-sectoral democracy support program in Nigeria.
The Resident Director will be based in Abuja and will oversee the implementation of program activities, leading a diverse team of talented and experienced national and expatriate staff.
He/She will be NDI's principal liaison with Nigerian political and civil society organizations, the Government of Nigeria, the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), and other members of the donor community.
