POSITION: Software and Business Services Marketing Consultant
 
THE CANDIDATES:

The candidate should posses the followings:

BSC/HND in Sales and Marketing, 3 year's experience in retail, professional certificate, i.e CIM, is a plus;
Ability to persuade clients,
Excellent verbal and presentation skills,
Ability to exercise good judgment and prudence. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

To support the business in market research and analysis, product and service marketing, and in the execution of internal & external marketing programmes;

Reporting to the Managing Consultant, this is a highly autonomous end to end marketing role: Key aspects of this role include:
 
Market Research,
Marketing and Competition Analysis,
Customer segmentation and design and implementation of campaigns across all channels,
Marketing Communications,
Managing multiple projects,
Product Management.

POSITION:  Systems Business Development Consultant



THE CANDIDATES:

The candidate should posses the followings:
 
Minimum of 3 years industry experience,
A self starter who is capable of learning new software, processes and systems with minimal training,
Understanding of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS),
Programming skills in Visual Basic.

THE DUTIES:

We are looking for experienced IT consultants with sound knowledge of MS SQL and oracle database for support services required for an Enterprise Asset Management solution. Function will include:
 
Resolving Database issues raised by clients,
Developing interface programs between Hardcat and third party applications,
Managing the configuration and implementation of new or existing client systems,
Consulting and Business Analysis across current processes and systems in accordance with Hardcat technologies.
