JOB TITLE: Business Advisory Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Excellent knowledge and implementation experience in Strategic Planning Experience in  organizational  restructuring and change management ‘Excellent executive network and proven  business development skills,
 
2. Good first degree in Business Administration, Finance or any comparable discipline with at least a Second Class (Upper Division),
 
3. Proven human resource management consulting experience,
 
4. Good analytical and problem solving skills,
 
5. A minimum of 5 years experience in financial management,
 
6. A minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial position,
 
7. A minimum of 5 years experience in a best practice environment,
 
8. Proven experience in Project Management,
 
9. Excellent oral (English language) communication skills,
 
10. Excellent report writing skills,
 
11. Good self-presentation with high level of confidence,
 
12. Possession of an MBA,
 
13. Minimum of 10 years working experience,
 
14. Good  international exposure to global  best practices.

JOB TITLE: Project Management Officer

LOCATION: Lagos (002)

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Professional certificate in Project Management (PMP, Prince 2, etc),
 
2. A minimum of two years proven experience in Project Monitoring and Management,
 
3. A good university degree or its equivalent with a minimum of a Second Class (Upper Division) in any of the Social Sciences, Humanities or Management Science,
 
4. O’ Level distinction in English Language ‘Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Projects and other Microsoft Office Applications,
 
5. Good industry knowledge covering the public sector, the energy sector and the financial services industry (Banking .Insurance, etc),
 
6. Good analytical and problem solving skills,
 
7. Excellent self-presentation with high level of confidence,
 
8. Good international exposure to global best practice.
