POST TITLE: Human Resources Officer
LOCATION: Lagos (003)
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Graduate in a Human Science discipline with a minimum of second class (Upper Division),
2. Minimum 2 years hands- experience in Human Resource Management in a structured environment ‘Good international exposure to Human Resource Management global best practices,
3. Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills. ‘Demonstrated high degree of confidentiality and unusual common sense,
4. Able to direct the efforts of a team of diverse human resource professionals,
5. Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches, and departmental contribution while being cost-sensitive,
6. Commitment to continuous learning,
7. Knowledge of employment laws, employee relations and communication,
8. Demonstrated ability to see the big picture and provide useful and strategic advice and input across the company and to the senior executive team,
9. Ability to lead in an environment of constant change,
10. Experience working in a flexible, employee empowering work environment,
11. Familiarity and skill with human resources automated tools, Microsoft Office suite of products, file management, and benefits administration,
12. Excellent written and oral communication skills,
13. Excellent self-presentation skills with a high level of confidence.
POST TITLE: IT Programming Officer
LOCATION: Lagos (004)
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Graduate in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) or a related discipline with a minimum of Second Class (Upper Division),
2. Requisite Programming and software Certifications,
3. Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in Software development and programming,
4. Proven experience in developing various software to support workplace efficiency Competence in Financial Analysis will be an advantage,
5. Ability to work with minimal supervision,
6. Excellent interpersonal skills.
