As part of our growth strategy and to further strengthen our Human Capacity to meet the demands of our expansion drive, we are in need of competent, result oriented individuals to join our team in the below areas:

POST TITLE:   Chief Finance Officer (CFO 001)

REPORTING TO: Managing Director

JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • To provide Executive Management Level leadership and co-ordination for the Group Company’s day-to-day finance Function. Human Capital and Administration activities, including revenue growth; expense, cost and margin control; monthly, quarterly and annual financial goal management
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

To build and lead an effective and cohesive second level management in the area of:
  • Finance Function management team;
  • Human Capital Management team;
  • Administrative Function Management team
  • Information Communication Technology Management Team
  • Investment management Team with effective succession planning
  • Provide such reports to the Board of Directors and the Managing Director required for business performance assessment.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
  • Post graduate academic qualification such as an MBA from a top-flight business school
  • Post Graduate Professional qualification- ACA,
  • Previous Finance and Accounting Experience with a top flight professional Services Firm
  • At least 10 years experience, with a minimum of FIVE (5) continuous year’s professional leadership experience in a Senior/executive management role (such as general manager) in a reputable organisation.

POST TITLE:   Head Information and Communication Technology (ICT 001)

JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • To oversee IT staff as they maintain and upgrade a complete network of technology including hardware, software, telephony and other IT driven applications and job enhancement technology.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Provide leadership in orchestrating a strong strategic and service orientated relationship between IT and assigned business partners
  • Assists in the articulation and communication of business strategy and needs to IT leaders, functional management. IT architecture, and project management
  • Contribute to strategic and operational planning in both IT and business areas to drive alignment.
  • Provides guidance and monitor the progressive development of user capabilities across the group through sound in-house IT Training and hands-on supports services to staff.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
  • First degree in Computer/System/Electrical Electronics Engineering
  • Professional qualification e. g. CCNP or MCP
  • A minimum of 10 years post qualification experience, with 5years at managerial position
  • Good experience in LAN, WAN or internet Network is desirable.

POST TITLE:   Head Document Management Centre (DMC 001)

REPORTING TO:  Head, Information & Communication Technology

JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • To provide leadership and co-ordination for the company’s day-to-day Document Management and Post Room Function activities.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • To supervise the maintenance of electronic filing systems to ensure that documentation is securely filed and readily retrievable,
  • Development policies, procedures and programmes regarding the documentation process flow, filing, archiving and document Handover activities.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
  • A Good First Degree,
  • Previous experience of using electronic document management IT systems,
  • At least three years experience managing a document management system for a mid-sized organisation.

POST TITLE:   Head Customer Management Centre, (CMC 001)

REPORTS TO: Group-Head Marketing & Distribution

JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • To maintain customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources and managing customer services staff
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Develops customer service policies, procedures and standards for the company
  • Manages a team of customer service staff (Walk-In. Contact Centre and the Customer Care Executives) to provide.
  • Excellent customer service
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
  • First degree in English, Business Administration, Mass Communication or any related field
  • Minimum of 5years working experience as customer service executives/supervisor
  • Professional qualification in insurance will be an advantage.

POST TITLE:   Head E-Marketing and Data Management (MM001)

REPORTS TO: Head Marketing Operations

JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • This position requires an experienced e-commerce operations leader with strong overall business acumen.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Develop a three-year strategic roadmap for the growth of the e-commerce business.
  • Conceptualize, develop, and implement an e-commerce platform for the retail and consumer business.
  • Lead the coordination of all e-commerce development activities, including the integration and implementation of appropriate Software in cooperation with a third party solution provider.
  • Understand the modem tools of Network and E-Marketing.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
  • First degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or related field,
  • Minimum of 3years working experience in relevant field.

POST TITLE:   Executive Secretary to the GMD (EXS 001)

JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • To provide personal administrative support to the GMD’s Office and the company through conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities including receiving and handling information.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Prepares correspondence, reports and materials for presentations,
  • Prepare and maintains GMD’s expense reports,
  • Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences,
  • Performs general Secretariat.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
  • First Degree /HND in Secretarial studies,
  • A minimum of 5years working experience in a similar position and must have worked in a managing Director’s office,
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and good Telephone etiquette.
