POST: Quality Assurance Supervisor

POST No: QATECH

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
 
1. Bachelor’s / Diploma in Food Science, Microbiology or related field.
 
2. At least 5 years experience in QA related role.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1. Responsible for direct supervision and utilization of laboratory / water treatment/ syrup blending / sanitation / microbiological equipment, raw materials, quality processes and people in a food production/packaging environment Optimize resources while ensuring raw materials and finished product meet specifications and manufacturing standards and in accordance with NAFDAC, SON and all other governmental policies, procedures, and regulations,
 
2. Monitoring production and warehousing processes and practices to ensure satisfactory controls for safety and security of finished products,
 
3. Working with internal management team to schedule work/tasks relating to quality compliance.
 
4. Overseeing daily QA and QC inspections to ensure all products are meeting compliance. Write, update, and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

POST: Marketing / Brand Supervisors

POST No: MABR22

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
 
1. Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or related field,
 
2. Excellent knowledge of marketing/branding at the field and corporate level specifically in consumer, preferably beverage or packaged goods,
 
3. A proven track record in sales of consumer goods,
 
4. Applicants who have beverage sales experience are preferred.

THE CANDIDATE:
 
1. The Field Marketing Manager role is assigned for the development and implement of the key marketing initiatives for the company’s assigned brands. Operating within the organizational hierarchy this role includes the development of the marketing plan for assigned brands. 

2. The Field Marketing Manager will lead formulation of marketing objectives and tactics to support the strategies including a full communications, advertising and promotional program. 

3. This position requires a candidate with proven success in multi-cultural marketing.
