We are a new Beverage company in the Nigerian market with exciting beverage products that will turn the Nigerian Beverage Industry on its head. Make a switch in the coming year to Giant Beverages.


POST: Sales Representatives

POST No: S228

REQUIREMENTS: 
 
1. Bachelor’s/Diploma in business, Marketing or related field,
 
2. At least 3 years of progressive sates experience, specifically in consumer preferably beverage or package goods sales,
 
3. A proven track record in sales of consumer goods. Applicants who have beverage sales experience are preferred. 


RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
1. This positions primary responsibility will be to sell our products to organisations within your designated sales area,
 
2. You must also be proficient in establishing and maintaining sales goals vital to this role,
 
3. Good communication and sales skills are required You should also have an established contact network. 

4. Experience in the Food and Beverage industry required.

POST: Sales & Marketing Manager

POST No: SOINat

REQUIREMENTS: 
 
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field MBA preferred,
 
2. At least 10 years of progressive sates experience, specifically in consumer, preferably beverage or goods sales,
 
3. Minimum 5 years must be in a management capacity,
 
4. A thorough understanding of the sales process with proven ability to develop and implement sales & marketing campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
1. This positions primary responsibility will be to drive the domestic sales and the marketing effort.
 
2. This person will also provide coaching and mentioning of sales staff within the organization.
 
3. This person must also be proficient in establishing and maintaining goals vital to this role.
 
4. Strong leadership and sales skills are required, resulting in the increase of staff performance and productivity as well as increasing their overall sales achievements.
 
5. The person considered for this role should also have a solid track record of advancing key sales metrics, performances and have an established contact network. 

6. Experience in the Food and Beverage Industry required

POST: HR/Admin Manager

POST No: HRADMIN 

REQUIREMENTS: 
 
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resource Management field,
 
2. At least 8 years experience in HR/Admin related role in the manufacturing sector/ industry. 

3. Minimum 2 years must be in a management capacity.

THE JOB:
 
1. Your job will be to: Plan, direct and coordinate human resource management activities in our organization,
 
2. To maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment policies and regulatory compliance, oversee facilities planning and maintenance and custodial operations,
 
3. You will serve as link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve,
 
4. Work-related problems, analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements, perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understating, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures, Analyze internal processes and recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations, such as supply changes or the disposal of records,
 
5. Plan, administer and control budgets for contracts, equipment and supplies,

6. Oversee facilities meet environmental, health, and security standards. and comply with government regulations.
