POST TITLE: Managers (Tax)
LOCATION: Abuja Office
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Providing leadership to various sized client tax engagements,
2. Working closely with a Partner or a senior team member to provide expert tax planning work for clients,
3. Fostering a deeply rooted sense of ownership, team and camaraderie within the practice
Planning and organizing teams for the preparation of tax returns and conducting and documenting tax research,
4. Reviewing the work of junior staff for accuracy and completeness,
5. Providing ongoing support and mentoring for the professional development of staff,
6. Participation in the practice growth through the development of relationships in existing as well as new networks.
7. Being a leader and supporting the community at large.
REQUIREMENTS:
2. Minimum 0f 1-5 years specializing in Tax in a public accounting firm,
3. Demonstrate strong project management and organization,
4. Effectively manages conflicting demands and priorities,
5. Able to provide persuasive and self-assured responses to challenging questions,
6. Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships,
7. Deliver quality service and value to clients,
8. Highly motivated individual with a desire for growth,
9. Excellent people management skills,
