POST TITLE: Team Lead, Oil and Gas

REQUIREMENTS:

Successful candidate will be required to:

1. Develop strategies for identifying and prospecting direct clients and brokers
 
2. Develop strategies for delivering excellent services to customers
 
3. Develop strategies for maintaining enduring relationship with existing and potential clients
 
4. Identify opportunities for new products development in Oil and Gas Sector
 
5. Supervise activates of the Teams to ensure that Team Objectives are met
 
6. Take full responsibility for meeting set targets for the Team
 
7. Coordinate all marketing and sales efforts amongst brokers/clients
 
8. Design, implement and facilitate annual marketing plan for the team identify opportunities to enhance the brand amongst brokers and clients
 
9. Support market and competitor research efforts to improve the Company’s products and services for Oil & Gas sector.

THE CANDIDATES:

The right candidate must:

1. Have good knowledge and understanding of Oil and Gas understanding and marketing
 
2. Have proven business development skills
 
3. Possess minimum of second class lower or upper credit from leading higher institution.
 
4. Possession of foreign training certificate in oil and Gas will be added advantage
 
5. Minimum of 5 year experience in Oil and Gas from a reputable insurance company.


POST TITLE: Team Lead, Research and Development

REQUIREMENTS:

Successful candidate will be required to:
 
1. Design and develop templates for data collection and analysis
 
2. Develop and implement appropriate techniques for market and competition analysis
 
3. Produce reports of comparative analysis of the operating environment
 
4. Provide periodic product performance reports.
 
5. Carry out amendment/enhancement of existing products
 
6. Liaise with statutory authorities to produce reports on competitors
 
7. Co-ordinate effective periodic customer satisfaction survey
 
8. Maintain database of customers and brokers
 
9. Monitor and evaluate service level agreements for improvements

THE CANDIDATES:

The right candidate must:

1. Possess working knowledge of all aspect of strategic management,
 
2. Possess strong knowledge of Insurance and Company laws and related statutes,
 
3. Possess keen interest in statistical analysts,
 
4. Demonstrate ability to interpret financial reports,
 
5. Possess first degree in Actuarial Science from a reputable university,
 
6. Possess a minimum of 2:1,
 
7. Membership of CllN, or second degree will be an added advantage,
 
8. Possess a minimum of seven years experience in the industry, three of which should in similar role with a leading insurance/financial services organization.



REQUIREMENTS:

Successful candidate will be required to:

1. Develop and maintain a superior brand management programme for the Company

2. Support business development initiatives of the marketing teams

3. Identify opportunities to enhance the brand amongst all stakeholders

4. Maintain excellent relationship with relevant media

5. Participate in the design and implementation of annual marketing plan

6. Draw up budgets for branding and other corporate visibility initiatives

7. Ensure the brand Guinea insurance remains a household name

THE CANDIDATES:

The right candidate must:

1. Possess good knowledge of the print, electronic and online media
 
2. Possess good knowledge of insurance policvholders1 expectation
 
3. Have prior experience and flair for the media industry
 
4. Possess . in from a reputable institution of higher learning
 
5. Possess a minimum of 2:2
 
6. Possess minimum 5 years relevant experience, 3 of which must be from the mass media.

12. Demonstrate ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment
 
13. For all leading role relevant training from leading business schools would be a clear advantage.
