Our client is a Leading Indigenous Pharmaceutical company involved in the marketing and sales of a wide range of own imported ethical and OTC brands. As a result of strategic restructuring to equip the team adequately for the challenge of excelling in the fiercely competitive pharmaceutical market, the company urgently requires self motivated and results oriented sales professionals who share the company’s passion for excellence to fill the below positions.
POST TITLE: National Sales Manager
THE CANDIDATES:
He will report to the MD and will be charged with the onerous responsibility of establishing the brands among the healthcare professionals, generating prescriptions and achieving the sales and distribution objectives of the company. He will therefore provide leadership for the sales team located all over the country.
REQUIREMENTS:
2. Not less than 7 years cognate experience garnered from well structured companies with at least 2 years at the middle management level,
3. Good knowledge of the market for pharmaceutical and networking among the healthcare professionals,
4. Good communications and interpersonal skills,
5. Thoroughbred sales professional with proven track record of a achievement in previous employments,
6. Good team leadership skills and the ability to manage his superiors,
7. A strong can do attitude required to extend the brands’ foothold in the market.
POST TITLE: Area Managers
THE CANDIDATES:
The successful candidate will preferably be based in Lagos and will report to the National Sales Manager. He will be required to meet the key challenge of establishing the company’s brands in the territory by providing effective leadership for the team of Medical /Sales Representatives deployed to the territory.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCES:
2. Not less than 5 years experience as a Medical Safes Representative in a reputable pharmaceutical company; 2 years of which must be as a Senior Med. Rep,
3. Track record of achievements in previous employments,
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills,
5. Evident deep knowledge of the territory and so candidates would have worked in the territory.
POST TITLE: Medical Representatives
THE CANDIDATES:
The successful candidates will report to the Area Managers and will be deployed to manage Healthcare professionals in the hospitals and obtain good distribution for the brands in the trade in the designated sales territories. The Med. Reps will be based in Lagos, Abuja, Kano and Enugu.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCES:
2. Current registration with PCN is a must,
3. 1-2 years experience as a Med. Rep. in a reputable pharmaceutical company,
4. Evident self confidence, good communications and interpersonal skills,
5. Good knowledge of the market in the territory of choice.
