Multinational Technologies Job: Vacancies for Head Business Development, Safety Officer, QA/QC Inspectors

We are looking for highly committed, resourceful self-motivated result-oriented and multi-disciplinary persons to fill the positions below:
POST TITLE: Head, Business Development (Ref: HDB)
THE ROLE:
1. Manage the company’s business development activities in all sectors of the Nigerian Oil & Gas industry
2. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients and partners, keeping abreast of market trends in order to clearly identify business opportunities, and convert such opportunities to the company’s advantage
3. Establish and gain an in-depth technical and commercial understanding of general client needs and preferences in the products and services areas.
4. Conduct and evaluate all activities as they relate to each product/service to ensure that marketing achievements are closely monitored, deviations identified and analyzed, and appropriate action taken.
5. Articulate proposals and make presentations to clients covering the products and services of the company
6. Follow established standards and practices for closing deals/opening new clients accounts to ensure that new clients translate into income
7. Develop and deliver inventory reports, bids proposal and tender documents.
8. Plan, develop and implement procurement policies and procedures, including those for equipment hardware software and service provision for clients
9. Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions of contracts with clients and/or vendors
10. Establish a register of qualified suppliers or vendors for all procurement activities
THE CANDIDATES:
1. Candidate must be a Degree holder in Engineering with relevant professional qualifications (Possession of an MBA or relevant second degree will be an advantage; Candidate should have minimum of five (5) years post-graduation experience in a similar position
3. Team player, strong financial and analytical skills; sound management skills coupled with good commercial acumen and good networking ability
4. Computer literacy and information technology proficiency
5. Excellent reporting and presentation skills
6. Must possess clean, current drivers licence
POST TITLE: Safety Officer (Ref: SO)
THE ROLE:
1. Develop, implement and monitor Health and Safety Policy, programmes and procedures,
2. Comply with current health and safety legislation and/or regulations with the objective of ensuring that all reasonable and proper measures are taken to protect the safety and health of staff and visitors,
3. Increase health and safety awareness at all levels within the organization,
4. Coordinate the training of personnel in areas of safety, including first aid, CPR accident prevention and investigation work place inspections and other matters related to implementing safety procedures,
5. Act as liaison with all related governmental bodies and regulating agencies,
6. Assist the staff in emergency preparedness.
THE CANDIDATES:
1. Applicant must be graduate of any related discipline with at least three (3) years experience in the Oil & Gas industry
2. Membership of relevant professional body will be an advantage.
POST TITLE: QA/QC Inspectors (Ref: QA/QCI)
THE ROLE:
1. Quality Assurance and Quality Control of construction work,
2. Support and coordinate project and supervise quality related activities,
3. Implement the QA/QC management system at site and verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards,
4. Liaise with subcontractors and client inspectors as required,
5. Generate daily inspection project quality reports.
THE CANDIDATES:
1. Candidates must be a graduate of any related engineering course with at least five (5) years experience in the Oil & Gas sector,
2. Certified QA/QC Inspector (NACE level 2 and 3, CSWIPAWS).
