JOB SUMMARY: 

To deal all table games to ensure the highest standards of efficiency, security and customer satisfaction in accordance with internal company controls and standards operating procedures as approved by the gaming board.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Deal all prescribed casino table games in accordance with set standards,
 
2. Keep financial control,
 
3. Build and improve excellent relationship with all casino guest.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES: 

1. minimum with in marketing or being an advantage,

2. Above average communication skills,
 
3. Confident and outgoing personality,
 
4. Excellent numerical skills,
 
5. Fully computer literate MS Office,
 
6. Previous experience in a service industry preferable,
 
7. Pass mark on trainability tests,
 
8. Sound interpersonal tests,
 
9. High mental alertness,
 
10. Well presented with good deportment,
 
11. High level of initiative and drive,
 
12. Excellent communication skills (written, oral and presentation),
 
13. Self motivated with strong self discipline, integrity and honesty,
 
14. Creativity and drive,
 
15. Must have recognized photo identity document.
