We are World Class Manufacturing Company with a modern automated Fabrication and Galvanising Steel Plant in Nigeria. We currently require the services of experienced and articulate candidates to fill the positions below:

POST TITLE: (2 Nos.)

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCY:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.

2. Four to Six (4 -6) years experience in engineering design and drafting, preferably in the Steel industry,

3. Advanced knowledge of design and drafting techniques, engineering drawing and computer-aided drafting and drawing (CADD),

4. Good knowledge of regulatory standards and codes for relevant sectors (telecom, power, oil and gas, construction etc),

5. Awareness of general engineering and production safety requirements,

6. Ability to generate blueprint drawings related to production layouts and plans,

7. Advanced knowledge of Auto CAD,

8. Well developed communication and presentation skills,

9. Good problem solving skills,

10. High attention to detail and quality,

11. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Design new product based on client requirement.

2. Determine key parameters for what the product should achieve i.e. heat/pressure resistance, flexibility load bearing capacity etc.

3. Obtain design from parts library.

4. Determine stress resistance and load bearing factors.

5. Determine location of key joints and pivot points on steel products.

6. Use computer -aided design (CAD) to design models that can be put through stimulated conditions

7. Analyze result of tests (If any)

8. Re – evaluate design parameter and redesign prototype if need be and carry out other duties assigned


POST TITLE: Sales Manager (8 Nos.)

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCY:

1. Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in any discipline,

2. Relevant post-graduate/ professional qualification will be an added advantage,

3. Six (8) years relevant experience in sales or business development within the oil and gas, power and telecommunication sectors,

4. Very good understanding of Fabricated and Galvanized products and their value proposition,

5. Advance selling and negotiation skills,

6. Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships and priorities,

7. Strong supervisor and people management skills,

8. Good entrepreneurial orientation,

9. Advanced communication and interpersonal skills,

10. Strong networking and relationship management skills,

11. Effective presentation and facilitation skills.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Anchor the development of the sale strategy and programmes to achieve the company’s sales revenue targets,

2. Participate in periodic sales planning and budgeting, monitor implementation and performance and develop strategies to address shortfall in targets,

3. Allocate sales accounts and targets to Sales Officers and monitor sales team performance and implement incentive schemes to achieve sales targets,

4. Generate and follow up on sales leads,

5. Negotiate variations in price, delivery and product specifications with customers,

6. Ensure ongoing collaboration with Marketing and Operations functions to determine effective pricing of products and services,

7. Set evaluation parameters to measure customer satisfaction,

8. Maintain awareness of market trends, customer needs and competitor initiatives and devise strategies to optimally utilize market opportunities,

9. Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Marketing Officer.
