As part of efforts to repositioning National Bureau of Statistics for better service delivery, applications are invited from interested and suitably qualified candidates to fill the vacant positions in the Bureau and Federal School of Statistics:

POST TITLE:   Library Officer

SALARY SCALE: Conraiss 6 – Job Code: LIB OFFR

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Applicant must have National Diploma (ND) in Library Studies from a recognized Institution.
• Part I of the Associate Membership of the Library Association or
• General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) in 2 subjects obtained at one sitting or in 3 subjects obtained at two sitting or,
• A pass in the First Professional Examination of the Library Associations or,
• Certificate in Library Studies obtained from a recognized Institution plus at least two (2) years post-qualification cognate experience.

POST TITLE:   Confidential Secretary Grade III

SALARY SCALE: Conraiss 5 – Job Code CONSEC III

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Applicant must possess National Diploma (ND) in Secretarial Studies including passes in Shorthand and Typewriting at 100 and 50 words per minute respectively from a recognized Institution.
