An Indigenous Oil and Gas Company Latest Jobs in Senior Reservoir Engineer, Senior Production Technologist (Lagos and Akwa Ibom State)

THE CLIENT:

Our client, an Indigenous Oil and Gas Company involved in development of an oil field in the Niger Delta region of Nigeria, plans to develop its production facilities consisting of a flow station   and gas plant, oil and gas flow lines, pipelines and water disposal system. Consequently, there is an opportunity to grow with a new and dynamic company for professionals required to fill the below vacant positions in the Company

POST TITLE:   Senior Reservoir Engineer (Ref. F1)

JOB LOCATIONS:  Lagos and Akwa Ibom State

JOB DUTIES:

• Will coordinate and manage all reservoir engineering discipline activities
• to optimise performance and maximise economic recovery of the Company’s oil and gas resources, reporting to the Sub-Surface Director.

SPECIFIC QUALIFICATION:

• :A minimum of second class honours degree in Geology, Engineering or Geophysics with 5-10 years post qualification experience; Must be conversant with major reservoir engineering tools and software such as ECLIPSE, IMEX. Kingdom, Petrel, and Jewel suites.

POST TITLE:   Senior Production Technologist (Ref. F2)

LOCATION:  Akwa Ibom State

JOB DUTIES:

• Will be responsible for field development planning and production operations enhancement activities; well completion, work over and production technique and optimise the integrated hydrocarbon production system, reporting to the Sub-Surface Director.

SPECIFIC QUALIFICATION:

• A minimum of Second Class Upper Degree in Petroleum Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering or Mathematics or Physical Sciences and at least 10 years experience (at least 5 years in Production Technology)

GENERAL QUALIFICATION:

• All candidates must have excellent communications, organisational, well developed leadership, inter-personal problem solving and analytical skills plus knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite software.
