THE ORGANIZATION:

We are a Nigerian Subsidiary of a Multinational organization engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of strong brands of household fast moving consumer goods. As part of our alignment for growth, the company requires result-driven individuals with strong character to fill the positions below:

POST TITLE:   Sales Managers

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The incumbent who will report to the Director of Sales will be expected to; Manage the company’s customers in the assigned region to achieve the volume and value targets,

• Manage the trade channel and field sales team to achieve the company’s distribution objectives,

• Achieve the company’s sales and profitability growth objectives.

JOB EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES:

• Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in a fast moving consumer goods company, preferably in the manufacturing sector,
• Working experience with a US corporation will be an advantage,
• Candidate must possess a good first degree together with a post graduate qualification in the Social Sciences, Business Administration from a reputable higher institution,
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results, strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills are imperatives,
• Eligible age of not more than 38 years with high energy level.

POST TITLE: Sales Representatives

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The incumbent who will report to the Sales Manager will be expected to deliver on the following Sales activities; Achieve all sales targets for assigned territory,
• Ensure effective planning and re-distribution of company products in assigned territory,
• Ensure strict adherence to the company’s financial guidelines and sales procedures.

JOB EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES:

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a fast moving consumer goods company, preferably engaged in manufacturing,
• Demonstrated competence to sell and achieve results,
• Candidate must possess a good first degree in the Social Sciences, Business Administration from a reputable higher institution,
• Strong communication and relationship building skills,
• Eligible Age of 25-32 years with high energy.
