(ADMINISTRATIVE POSITIONS)
POST TITLE: Marketing Supervisors
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Train, monitor and perform other supervisory tasks with the objective of meeting set targets, maintain relevant documents and reports. Strong people skills, critical reasoning ability and quick mind essential. Job will require some local travel.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Background in sciences or social sciences preferred, although not necessary.
POST TITLE: Marketing Executives
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven Customer prospecting, marketing, selling and retention skills, report writing, a quick mind, physical energy, attention to detail, perseverance, ability to grasp technical matters and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Job may involve some local travel.
- Background in sciences or social sciences preferred, although not necessary.
POST TITLE: Customer Service Officers
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Customer Selling Skills, report writing, organizational and teamwork skills, mental agility, ability to grasp technical matters, good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel packages.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Background in sciences of social sciences preferred although not necessary.
POST TITLE: Human Resources and Admin Officer
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- People’ skills, superior knowledge of human resources practice especially in the areas of administration, training and documentation within a multi-cultural environment. Excellent oral and written English.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & QUALIFICATIONS:
- First or Second degree in Industrial relations and personnel management.
POST TITLE: Executive Assistant
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Administrative support of the management team,
- Strong planning, coordinating, multi- tasking skills,
- Must be a team worker,
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree, relevant certificates of training from first grade institutions is an added advantage.
(TECHNICAL POSITIONS)
POST TITLE: Inspection, Quality and Safety Officer
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Document and monitor all activities relating to quality of inputs and finished products.
- Will also provide and ensure compliance with health and safety rules for administrative, warehouse and factory staff.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree and relevant experience from a first grade company.
POST TITLE: Designers
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide 2D. 3D diagrams and materials lists using Computer aided software. Requires very strong and adaptable technical and creative skills.
- Ability to work as a ‘front office’ person essential.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Architecture and or – graphic design with 3 years experience Computer Aided Design Software.
POST TITLE: Drivers
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Transportation of office staff as well as heavy goods within and outside Lagos, maintenance of vehicles, log books and other tasks relevant to the job.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & QUALIFICATIONS:
- School certificate Professional training school certificate an added advantage.
