Brawal Shipping Nigeria Limited, is a group of indigenous Shipping and Allied Companies with vast connection overseas requires for immediate employment, suitably qualified candidates to fill the following vacancies.
POST TITLE: Branch Manager
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- The ideal candidate shall be a vibrant young man who is adept at business strategy and ideas generation,
- He will report to the Head Office and will have responsibility for operations, management and Human Resource at the Branch level.
THE CANDIDATE:
Specifically the candidate will:
- Review and implement new operational systems processes and procedures that will optimize service delivery,
- Develop and implement a comprehensive monitoring control end reporting systems,
- Monitor staff performance and implement effective administrative systems etc.,
- Experience in shipping/logistics will be added advantage.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- A good first degree in Business Administration economics or any social sciences from a reputable institution,
- A minimum of 3 years in a similar capacity,
- Leadership, communication negotiation and people skills,
- Strong ethics and integrity.
