POST TITLE: Head, Telco/SP Sector Sales (Business Development Manager Position)

LOCATION:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for sales leadership across Telecommunications / Service , Provider Sector Accounts across Nigeria.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Sell all company products, services and solutions to designated accounts/clients within the Telecommunication / Service Provider sector,
 
2. Ability to do CxO engagement and meetings,
 
3. Provide Sales leadership and manage the entire sales team in TELCO / SP,
 
4. Carry out market development and technology research of strategic clients as stated above,
 
5. Consult with clients and potential clients to determine their technology requirements,
 
6. Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales especially managing personal time and productivity,
 
7. Plan and manage business portfolio/territory/business according to an agreed market development strategy,
 
8. Manage product/service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims,
 
9. Plan/carry out/support local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, e.g., product launches, promotions, advertising and exhibitions,
 
10. Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Candidate must possess a good first degree in Engineering, , Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline,
 
2. Should a minimum of 3 years post graduation experience in a similar position,
 
3. Must be above 30 years old,
 
4. Should have a  broad knowledge of ICT products and services,
 
5. An MBA or relevant post graduate degree/professional qualification will be an added advantage.

POST TITLE: Head, Corporate Services

LOCATION:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. The is responsible for managing the day to day delivery of a range of corporate services need,

2. His or her responsibilities also cover administration, HSES, corporate communications, marketing and all branding requirements of the company.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manages day to day delivery of corporate required services. 
2. Manages all administrative requirements across the company-facility management logistics, etc. 
3. Manages all Health, Safety, Environmental & Safety (HSES) requirements within the company. 
4. Design, develop and implement Branding Management Strategies 
5. Co-ordinates all media functions as company’s focal point to all media relation* Evaluate and advise on appropriate media campaign and strategies 
6. Manages IT Services department (Systems Administration) making sure all users are having good experience across the network. 
7. Ensures that the company’s website is up and running with regular updating of information, contents and other details. 
8. Develop advert concepts, proof-read printed materials, including advertisement copies, brochures, programmes and other below-the-line materials including corporate gifts and souvenirs.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Candidate must possess a good first degree in Business Administration, or any other related discipline,
 
2. A minimum of 4 years post-graduate experience in a similar position,
 
3. Must be above 30 years old,
 
4. Abroad knowledge of ICT products and services,
 
5. An MBA or relevant post graduate degree/professional qualification will be an added advantage,
 
6. A degree in LAW as well as a law practice background is an added advantage.

POST TITLE: (Microsoft: Products & Solutions)

LOCATION:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for development and growth of Microsoft Product, Solutions and
Services.

2. Also responsible for evaluating a business and then realizing its full potential, using such tools as marketing, sales, information management and customer service.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Align with Account Managers to sell Microsoft products, services and solutions to designated clients across all vertical,
 
2. Daily and weekly OEM engagement and relationship,
 
3. Drive Product Knowledge across the team in consonance with OEM professionals across different verticals,
 
4. Engage OEM for marketing funds, marketing activities, etc,
 
5. Drive OEM weekly and monthly forecast, execution of Business plan, etc,
 
6. Plan and manage business portfolio/territory/business according to an agreed market development strategy,
 
7. Manage product/service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims. Plan/carry out/support local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities e.g., product launches, promotions, advertising and exhibitions.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Candidate must possess a good first degree in Engineering, , Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline
 
2. Should a minimum of 3 years post NYSC graduation experience in a similar position
 
3. Must be above 30 years old
 
4. Should have a  broad knowledge of ICT products and services
 
5. An MBA or relevant post graduate degree/professional qualification will be an added advantage.
