POST TITLE: Sales Manager (Male)
LOCATION: Lagos
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of 10 years relevant experience in Real Estate Marketing and Agency Services. (NIESV Membership)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops the sales plans in line with the overall strategy of the sales functions.
- Develops the sales function procedures, programs and activities to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of the function
- Conduct marketing roles which may include planning, budgeting and coordinating the sales team to develop new leads and increase sales in the unit.
- Leads, manages, and trains the sales team to sell to customers and monitors the level of achievement of their set targets.
- Manages the daily operational and service aspects of the Sales function.
- Negotiate and close deals with key and anchor buyers (Existing and potential)
- Supervises the follow up with customers to acquire information, enhance and conclude the sales process.
- Monitors new customer lead and other sales for current customer into database
- Maintains a good, friendly and solid relationship with company customers (Existing and potential).
KEY QUALIFICATION & SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Candidates must have B.Sc, or HND in Estate Management from any recognized tertiary institution.
- Must be a qualified Estate Surveyor with a proven career to date in management surveying with retail focus
- Must be able to strategically analyze the market
- Must be dynamic to servicing a growing and demanding portfolio.
- Must have excellent project and time management skills
- Must possess sales presentation and public speaking skills
- Must have good networking and relationship building skills
- Must demonstrate team building and talent development skills
- Must be able to meet aggressive wiles sales goals and increase market share and profitability
POST TITLE: Sales Officers
LOCATION: Lagos and Port- Harcourt
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Real Estate Marketing and Agency Services.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops new profitable business by discovering and assessing potential clients
- Negotiates with key and anchor buyers (Existing and potential)
- Plans and manages clients portfolio
- Works with and reports to the Sales managers with regards to sourcing for new business, as well as convincing clients to make investments.
- Works with clients, processes sale agreements and closes new sales with the final goal of creating satisfied customers
- Maintains a good, friendly and solid relationship with company customers (Existing and potential)
KEY QUALIFICATION & SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Candidates must have B.Sc, or HND in Estate Management from any recognized tertiary institution.
- Must be a qualified Estate Surveyor with retail bias
- Must possess drive and enthusiasm
- Must be dynamic to servicing a growing and demanding portfolio
- Must have good communication skills with a pleasing personality
- Must have excellent time management skills
- Must possess adequate presentation, numerical and analytical skills
- Must possess good team spirit
- Must have good interpersonal skill
POST TITLE: Male Secretary
LOCATION: Lagos
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of 3years practical experience in same capacity (NIPS membership).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for all clerical duties that are necessary to run the organization efficiently
- Organize paperwork, electronic files, and manage projects.
- Responsible for creating spreadsheets, composing correspondence, managing databases and developing presentations or reports using publishing software and digital graphics
- Handle correspondences as directed
- Responsible for answering and directing phone calls, attending to visitors and handling travel arrangements.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agenda and take minutes of meetings
- Keep in touch with clients or key customers, as expected
KEY QUALIFICATION & SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Candidates must have B.Sc, or HND in secretarial, Business Studies/Administration/ Management or equivalent
- Must have excellent typing skills and presentation skills
- Must have excellent business communication skills
- Must be self-groomed, ethical and have integrity
- Must have excellent organizational skills and diplomacy
- Must demonstrate attention to details and work excellently under pressure
- Must have the ability to prioritize tasks and be a self-starter
