A Medium Sized Conglomerate Company Latest Job in Nigeria: Recruitment for Transport Manager, Stores and Inventory Managers, Forklift Operators, Deputy Head of Security

THE ORGANIZATION:

A medium sized conglomerate manufacturing and marketing fast moving goods with headquarters in Lagos, and operations pan Nigeria requires the services of very qualified, competent and experienced hands to fill the positions below:

POST TITLE:   Transport Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• First degree, HND or equivalent obtained in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering at not lower than 2^nd Class Lower or Upper Credit,
• Professional certification in Business and Transport management will be a significant advantage,
• At least 10 years experience in fleet management position with responsibility for developing and implementing a cost efficient vehicle care and maintenance plan.
• Must possess good knowledge of vehicle tracking management for company vehicle fleet,
• Must have the capability to manage a well developed in-house service station with about 20 auto technicians/mechanics looking after petrol and diesel engine vehicles including trucks,
• Good understanding of procedures and policies regarding effective utilization of vehicles in the fleet to achieve desired logistical goals,
• Interested candidates must be computer literate.

POST TITLE:   Stores and Inventory Managers

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Interested candidates must be HND or first degree holders in materials Management, Business Management, Social Sciences or other related fields of study,
• Must have minimum of 5 years experience in Store/Inventory management from a manufacturing environment with high rate of activity preferably in a fast moving consumer goods company,
• Candidates must be computer literate with excellent communication and supervisory skills.

POST TITLE:   Forklift Operators

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must possess valid Driver’s License, and the following important qualities:
• Ability to work independently and arrange stocks with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to read and write in order to keep records of transactions and complete required transaction forms,
• Have excellent operating record as position has zero tolerance for accidents.

POST TITLE:   Deputy Head of Security

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• First degree, HND or equivalent obtained from a reputable institution at not lower than 2^nd Class Lower or Upper Credit,
• Background experience/career in the Armed Forces, Police and other Security Organizations will be an advantage,
• Professional qualification in Fire/Safety/Security management will be an added advantage,
• Good working knowledge of conventional and investigative security methods is mandatory to safe guard life and property
• Interested candidate must have the capacity to develop and implement suitable in-house training plan for Guards and Supervisors in order to enhance corporate performance of Security
• Must possess minimum of 10 years relevant experience working in a reputable organization
• Must be computer literate with good written and verbal communication skills.
