POST TITLE: Senior Officer, Medical Detailing (7 vacancies: Kaduna, Bauchi, Maiduguri, Lagos, Enugu, Makurdi and Calabar)

JOB PROFILE:
- This is a full-time Senior Officer position reporting to the Territorial Manager.
- The desired candidate will, with support of the Field Programme Managers, plan, organize and implement various level of contraceptive updates and capacity building exercises with emphasis on the longer term methods (LTMs) such as IUCDs and Implants and make them available to trained providers.
- He/She will identify pharmacies and other appropriate outlets such as FP units of hospitals for sale of LTMs and ensure regular visits to partner facilities in order to make sure that there is availability of products at all times.
- In addition, He/She will collate and keep data base of FP providers and facilities in his/her sales territory, identify and select partum hemorrhage (PPH).
- Finally, He/She will provide support to partner provides in the appropriate use of misoprostol for prevention and treatment of PPH to reduce maternal mortality.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Academic/Professional Qualifications required for the position:
- First degree in Pharmacy and MUST be registered with PCN.
- Masters degree in Public Health or any related discipline will be added advantage:
- Minimum of 3 years post NYSC experience in a hospital environment or related to sales/distribution outlet.
- Understanding of the recent advances in Reproductive Health and Maternal Child Health (RH/MCH).
- Experience in planning and facilitation of training sessions for different service providers (Nurses, Midwives, Pharmacist and Doctors.)
- Must have good oral, analytical, interpretive and written comprehension skills, strong sales management skills and willingness to train.
- Must have strong customer orientation and loyalty for long term sustainable sales partnerships.
- Candidate is expected to possess good negotiation and communication skills.

JOB PROFILE:
- Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the receipt and issuing of commodities within a large warehouse and ensure accurate inventory control by implementing good warehousing practices.
- He/She will oversee the issuance of unpacked products from the warehouse to the production floor and also ensure strict compliance with the standard guidelines for proper storage of products taking cognizance of donors’ requirements.
- He/She will be responsible for the safe keeping of all warehouse documents and also carry out continuous stock count of commodities, reconciling monthly stock count report to the inventory software.
- Finally, h/she will supervise loading and off loading of all incoming and outgoing trucks.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Academic/ Professional Qualifications required for the position:
- Must have a first degree in any of the Management Social Sciences.
- Must possess minimum three (3) years post NYSC working experience, one (1) of which be in a similar function/ capacity.
- Must have proven experience and strong skills in inventory management and administration.
- Must be computer literate with high proficiency in the Microsoft excel and Microsoft word packages.
- Must have hands-on awareness of the required scope of the needed work environment and the attendant equipment necessary for the job.

JOB PROFILE:
- Reporting to the Manager, Information Technology, this person will have the primary responsibility of collecting, collating and documenting existing materials electronically in an easily retrievable manner and will arrange and describe these selected records in order to allow efficient and effective access and retrieval.
- He/She will work with the Information Technology departments to preserve records and apply basic conservation techniques to those which are possibly deteriorating or damaged.
- In addition, the candidate will also be responsible for the comprehensive numbering and sub-numbering of documents, the supervision of research archiving using documents and security microfilm; ensure proper storage and retrieval of information, surveillance and physical security of data, and video analytics processing.
- Finally, he/she will assist in the management of SFH website and will provide advice to management on archiving and documentation as required.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Academic/Professional Qualifications required for the position:
- Must possess a first degree in Library Science/Management Information Systems or Demography.
- A Masters degree in Information Systems or Library Science will be added advantage.
- Must possess a minimum of five (5) years post NYSC experience in electronic archiving systems.
- Must have proven experience and strong skills in data management and administration.
- Experience in planning and facilitation of training for different cadres of staff in archiving will be of added advantage.
- Must have good oral, analytical, interpretive and written comprehension skills, strong capacity building skills and willingness to train.
- Must have hands-on awareness of the required scope of the needed work environment and the attendant equipment necessary for the job.
