A Real Estate and Services Company Latest Jobs in Nigeria: Recruitment for 7 Job Positions

THE CLIENT:

Our client is in the Real Estate and Services business. As a result of the recent strategic reorganization and renewal initiatives, the company is desirous of filling newly created vacancies at executive levels and management levels with the objective of imbuing the company with the right level of executive capacity required to achieve its corporate and strategic objectives. 

In view of this need, our client requires highly qualified, motivated, ambitious and experienced individuals to further support her business. Potential candidates must be confident, self-motivated and result-orientated individuals who can provide executive management leadership to ensure that all set targets for the company are met and surpassed.

The following positions are therefore advertised for both internal and external candidates:

POST TITLE:   Executive Management Business Development Manager (NXT/PRJRE-BDM)


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic supervision of a range of corporate services comprising Customer Service and Business Development,
  • The candidate will be a key member of the executive management team playing a leading role in the coordination and communication of business activities, coordinate all research activities required to provide necessary information to support business decisions for existing services provided and potential business /ventures,
  • He/she well carry out market research activities, including market analysis, create reports for the group executive management and set-up primary research projects, 
  • He/she will also provide leadership support in the area of visioning, corporate/strategic planning, execution and business performance monitoring.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • A good degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mass Communications, Humanities and/or other Social Sciences from a reputable,
  • A post graduate degree in related field or professional qualification is an added advantage,
  • A Minimum of five (5) years overall work experience with at least two (2) years in strategy and planning in similar positions/industry,
  • Attention to detail, good Organizational skills,
  • Excellent research and information sourcing skills,
  • Ability to analyze and interpret several forms of data,
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Nigeria,
  • Excellent Communication, negotiation, interpersonal and team building skills with the ability to persuade and influence a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

POST TITLE:   Executive Management- GM Facilities and Projects (NXT/PRJRE-GMFAC)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines within budget. 
  • He/she will be a member of the executive management team supervising facility managers and playing a leading role in acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan,
  • The candidate will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • A good first/university degree in Built-Environment disciplines or other relevant disciplines,
  • Relevant professional qualifications and/or post-graduate degrees is an added advantage,
  • Demonstrated experience of not less than seven (7) years in handling similar responsibilities in similar positions,
  • Familiarity with developing and delivering project management systems,
  • Demonstration of sound knowledge and experience in project management,
  • Extensive working knowledge of project management in the real estate industry in Nigeria,
  • Proven experience in people management and strategic planning,
  • Superior leadership and negotiation skills,
  • Influencing, leading and excellent communication skills,
  • Client orientation,
  • Experience of working effectively within a leading on own initiative,
  • Aggressively result oriented,
  • Excellent organization skills including ability to manage multiple fasts, projects and teams and an ability to prioritize and work to deadlines,

  • Working knowledge on the entire real estate value chain,
  • Project execution and management.

POST TITLE:   Executive Management- GM Finance, Admin and HR  (NXT/PRJRE-GMFAR)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial advice and support to clients and colleagues to enable them make sound business decisions, supervision to the finance unit, all Human resource activities and supervision of all the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office,
  • She/he will provide both strategic and operational support.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • A good university / HND degree with a post graduate qualification,
  • Knowledge of financial management systems; accounting policies and standards: tax management, cost accounting, etc.,
  • Minimum of ten (10) years overall work experience with at least 3 years in accounting and Finance in similar position/industry,
  • Previous banking (credit management experience) will be advantageous,
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
  • Budget and Planning skills,
  • Financial and management Accounting skills,
  • Sound Organizational administrative and managerial skills,
  • Good people management negotiation skills,
  • Experience with credit management.

POST TITLE:   Management- Accountant (NXT/PRJRE-ACCT)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurately and efficiently the day to day financial and accounting matters in order to meet the day to day operations of the organization.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • An HND or B.Sc Degree in Accounting or Finance, Business Administration or any related field,
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ work experience handling similar role,
  • Proficiency with accounting packages particularly SAP will be an added advantage,
  • Proficient IT skills (ability to use all Microsoft Office Applications),
  • Energetic with a positive drive,
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills,
  • Strong Numeric skills,
  • Ability to multitask and cope efficiently under pressure,
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

POST TITLE:   Management- Facility Manager (NXT/PRJRE-FACM)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible to ensure that the resident have the most suitable environment for living and recreation will be involved in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations, in relation to buildings and premises.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • A good first/university degree in built-environment disciplines or relevant disciplines,
  • Demonstration of sound knowledge and experience in facility management,
  • Influencing and leading skills,
  • Negotiation skills,
  • Excellent communications skills,

POST TITLE:   Management- Information Technology Manager (NXT/PRJRE-ITM)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining computer hardware, software and networks,
  • He/she will manage and provide hardware and software maintenance, training, consultation, and recommendations about future planning and development of resources,
  • The candidate will be required to provide these services in an effective and efficient manner whilst ensuring maximum access to and implementation of technology services and resources.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • A good first/university degree in related field from a reputable university,
  • Other professional qualifications in relevant field,
  • At least five (5) years’ work experience in the industry,
  • Should demonstrate management and supervisory skills as well as analytical and problem solving skills,
  • Ability to install and administer computer hardware and networks,
  • Decision marking and team building skills.

POST TITLE:   Management- Chief Security Officer (NXT/PRJRE-CSO)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for the organization’s entire security efforts across the enterprise. Including, human resources, communications, facilities management and other groups, to identify security initiatives and standards.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • A good first/university degree from a reputable university,
  • Other professional qualification in relevant field,
  • At least ten (10) years work experience in the industry,
  • Should demonstrate conflict resolution skills,
  • Ability to coordinate corporate guards and security agencies,
  • Demonstrated ability to foster relationships with security agencies such as police and immigration,
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision.
