We have vacancies in the following areas for qualified professionals.

POST TITLE:   Head of Project

JOB I.D:  MCHOP001

REPORT TO: Managing Director

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The successful candidates will be responsible for the development and implementation of the operational plans and management of bill of quantity (BOQ) for all ongoing and future projects,
• In particular, he will ensure that the policies, systems and processes for executing projects align with the overall strategy of the company,
• Oversee the management system and overall execution of projects,
• Supervise the preparation of scope of work, project scheduled, quality, equipment, materials and direct supervision on all construction and other technical activities,
• Organize various sections from engineering, construction and procurement in preparing, establishing, coordinating and implementing plans, including timeliness of logistics and optimal utilization of resources
• Coordinate all sub-contractors and vendors with a view of ensuring that materials and job deliveries meet the industry’s known standards,
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on all projects.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• A good first degree in Quantity Surveying from a reputable institution. A higher degree in Engineering and/or an MBA will be added advantage,
• Relevant Project Management Certification(s) will be a distinct advantage,
• A minimum of 7 years’ cognate experience in similar position is desired,
• Must have excellent oral and written communication ability,
• Working knowledge of project management tools is essential,
• Hands-on experience in project scheduling and monitoring, project engineering and costing, as well as the tendering and procurement processes,
• Strong knowledge of multi- project operations,
• Ability to coordinate and simultaneously align various operating sites,
• Excellent leadership, negotiating and influencing skills.

POST TITLE:   Deputy Head of Project

REPORT TO:  Head of Project

POST TITLE:   Site Engineer

JOB I.D:  MCSE003

REPORT TO:  Head of Project

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To control and manage the site engineering department
• Take ownership of the responsibility to ensure the correct design. Inclusive of change is followed
• To ensure the construction project follows the required design, using the correct materials, to the required quality in a safe manner
• To ensure all design and material changes are correctly incorporated into the construction project
• Oversee the day to day running of the site,
• Representing the Company towards the client and consultants on site, inclusive of attendance of site meetings, with regard to the technical operations,
• To assist the Head of Project in the control of change orders.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• A good first degree in Architecture from a reputable institution,
• Ability to prioritize and plan work activities and work quickly and accurately with minimal direction,
• A minimum of 5 years’ cognate experience in similar position is desired,
• Must be able to interpret structural drawings with precision,
• Must have an eye for details and not be prone to errors,
• Excellent leadership, negotiating and influencing skills.

POST TITLE:   Personal Assistant to MD

JOB I.D:  MCPM004

REPORT TO: Managing Director

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• The successful candidate is to carry out all secretarial and Administrative tasks within assigned unit with given guidelines and set goals,
• He/she must be willing to learn and grow along with the company.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• A degree in Law, English Language, Linguistics or any other Humanities,
• Experience of 5yrs and above in similar position,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
• Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work,
• Good knowledge of MS Office products,
• Excellent Business knowledge of the construction industry,
• Ability to work independently with a service-oriented approach to work,
• Willingness to work flexible hours and ability to deal with complex issues.

POST TITLE:   Personal Chef

JOB I.D:  JCPC005

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Applicants must have at least a trade certificate or WAEC equivalent and must have worked as a chef for at least 5 years,
• The applicant must have knowledge of local and continental dishes.

POST TITLE:   Drivers 

JOB I.D: JCD006

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Applicants must have at least a WAEC certificate with a valid driver’s license and must have minimum of 5 years experience,
• The applicant must be conversant with Lagos roads and must know the pros and cons of traffic instructions.
